Hey there! I am Khushali. A fitness enthusiast and a certified nutritionist. I have struggled with weight loss my whole life until I decided to educate myself. Having lost over 25kgs in the last few years, I have learnt a thing or 2 about weight loss and healthy living.

Backed by a team of health experts, I would like to share science-based learnings to help you reach your fitness goals.
